2. Minimum booking time for both Studio and models is 2 hours.

3. Photographers are welcome to bring their own models, but all parties must sign a disclaimer.

4. Photographers and models are not allowed to make any private arrangements for future bookings or social activities, all bookings must be made through WPS. Business cards and invites to other Studios are not welcome.

5. Photographers are expected to show good conduct at all times, invasion of personal space, and bad language are strictly forbidden.

6. Non Members are required to pay for any studio bookings in advance, and if the booking is with their own model and she fails to show the fee is not redeemable.

7. ALL Photographers must give 24 hours notice to cancel a booking or booking fee will apply.

8. WPS does not allow any pictures to be taken that infringes UK decency laws.

9. WPS expects every Photographer to work tidy to avoid any injuries.

10. Breakages/misuse of equipment will be charged to the Photographer...accidents do happen and in that case the Photographer will be not be charged.

11. New models are always welcome at WPS, if you are thinking of becoming a model please email studiowrksop@btinternet.com or phone 01909478900 to arrange an interview. You must be 18 years of age or older and present 2 forms of identification, copies of these will be kept on record. Models must be reliable, available and able to work as part of a team while at WPS.

12. Chaperones are welcome , but are not allowed in the Studio during booking periods. Chaperones are welcome to sit in reception.

13. WPS has the right to terminate any booking for any reason they see fit.

14. Website Photographers are welcome, but WPS must have a full brief on the types of work to be undertaken and have the right to accept or decline at their discretion.

15. Studio property must not be removed, without prior permission.

16. All pictures on WPS website are property of the Studio, its Models and associated Photographers, no pictures are to be used without permission.

17. WPS expects all the above rules be adhered to, if any Photographer/ Model is found to be in breech of these terms they will be asked to leave.
